We offer Free Shipping all across USA over $200, or $29.99  CAD regardless of order size, via tracked Canada Post and UPS or USPS 4-14day delivery turnaround

International Shipping 🌎 

We offer Free flat rate shipping internationally for orders over $400.00 of $69.99  CAD worldwide, all international orders are shipped via  Canada Post or UPS ground, allow 20 to 60 day delivery turnaround worldwide.

 

Taxes & Duties 🇺🇸 🌎 

USA and international order, Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT, HST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  LEMEL and LEMEL INC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I Check the Status of my Shipment?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@lemel.ca with your name and order number, and your shipping and email address and we will look into it for you.
