House of LEMEL and LEMEL brand does offer refunds up to 14 days after received of product minus cost of shipping and restocking fee. (see below)

Exchanges and return are permitted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, for items of EQUAL or GREATER value.

The product you are exchanging or refunding must be in original condition, unworn and no damage

Shipping to and return costs for exchanges are at customers' expense, Plus 15$ return shipping Canada returns 30$ USA return and 60$ plus for international return fee and minus 10% restocking Fee for inspection and return of goods apply to all orders.

Customs and Taxes International shipping

Please be aware ALL international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges. These are all at the customer's expense, determined by the receiving country. Please get in touch with your local customs department for further information.

For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all return costs including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.
